What I collect when you use this site or contact me, what I do with it, and the choices you have. Short version: I use what you send me to answer you and do the work, and I never sell it.
Who I am
BossDevs is a web design, development and SEO business run by Josh Boss in Redding, California, and operated by StablePath Management LLC, 5830 E 2nd St, Ste 7000, Casper, WY 82609. In this policy, “I,” “me” and “BossDevs” mean BossDevs and StablePath Management LLC. “You” means anyone who visits bossdevs.com or contacts me.

What I collect
What you send me. When you use the contact form, I receive your name, the phone number or email address you give, and your message. When you call, text or email me, I receive whatever you include, plus your phone number or email address.
Basic technical data. Like every website, the servers that host this site keep standard request logs: your IP address, browser type, the page you asked for and the time. These logs are used to run and secure the site.
What I don't collect. This site has no accounts, no logins and no store, and it doesn't use advertising or analytics cookies. See the cookie policy.
How I use it
- To answer your inquiry and talk with you about your project.
- To do the work if we agree to work together, including invoicing and keeping business records.
- To keep the site running, secure and free of spam and abuse.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
I don't use your information for advertising, I don't sell it, and I don't share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
If you're a client
When we work together, I may handle information about your business and, sometimes, about your customers (for example, through a contact form or system I build for you). How that information is handled is set out in our proposal or agreement, and I only use it to do the work you hired me for.
How long I keep it
I keep inquiries and project correspondence for as long as I need them to respond, do the work and keep proper business records. You can ask me to delete your information at any time, and I will unless I'm required to keep it.
Your rights
You can ask me what information I have about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email bossdevsinquiries@gmail.com or call (530) 201-9947. I may need to confirm it's really you before acting on a request.
California residents. Under California law (including the CCPA as amended by the CPRA), you have the right to know what personal information is collected about you and how it's used, to request deletion or correction, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. I don't sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, so there's nothing to opt out of. You won't be treated differently for using any of these rights.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, and I use reasonable measures to protect what you send me. No system is perfectly secure, so please don't send passwords, payment card numbers or other sensitive details through the contact form.
Children
This site is for businesses and isn't directed at children under 16. I don't knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent me information, contact me and I'll delete it.
Links to other sites
This site links to client websites and other sites I don't control. Their privacy practices are their own, so check their policies.
Changes to this policy
If I change how I handle information, I'll update this page and the “last updated” date above. If I ever add analytics, they'll only run with your consent, and this policy and the cookie policy will say so first.
