Design that sells.

A beautiful site that doesn't convert is a billboard. I design interfaces that look premium and lead people to the one thing you want them to do: call, book or buy.

UI/UX design

Every element earns its place.

Good design isn't decoration. It's the order things appear in, how big the call button is, what a visitor sees before they scroll, and how few taps it takes to reach you. I make those decisions on purpose, page by page.

I design in the browser rather than in flat mockups. You open real pages on your own phone, with real text and real loading speed, and choose the direction before I build the rest. Nothing gets lost turning a picture into a website, because there's no picture.

And because I also do the SEO, the design never fights the search work. Headings, structure and speed are design decisions too.

On real phones

Decisions you can see.

Three live sites, and the small choice on each that decides whether a visitor gets in touch.
  1. The Boss Bros RV homepage on a phone, with the phone number and a full-width call button on the first screen

    Boss Bros RV

The call button sits where a thumb lands.

The first screen carries the phone number and a full-width call button. Nobody has to scroll or hunt to reach the shop.

  2. The Lavender Hills homepage on a phone, with call, events, 3D tours and ask-a-question buttons

    Lavender Hills Assisted Living

Families can call, tour or ask from the first screen.

A call button in the header, and a 3D tour, events and a question one tap away, for people making a big decision.

  3. The Pathway Aminos homepage on a phone, with the research-use-only and 21+ notice above the menu

    Pathway Aminos

    The fine print comes first.

In a high-risk industry, the research-use-only and 21+ notice comes before anything else, and the catalog and the lot certificates are each one tap away.

What the design covers.

Everything between a visitor landing on the page and picking up the phone.

UI/UX design

  • Research

Who your customers are, what they're looking for, and what makes them call or leave.

  • Wireframes and prototypes

The structure first, then clickable pages on a real phone, before anything gets polished.

  • Interface design

Type, color, spacing and imagery that make you look like the serious option.

  • Experience and conversion

Fewer taps to call, book or buy. Every page has one clear next step.

  • Responsive design

Designed for the phone first, then just as carefully for tablets and desktops.

  • Usability testing

Every flow checked on phones and desktops, and fixed wherever someone could get stuck.

  • Design systems

One set of colors, type and components, so every new page matches the last.

  • Accessibility

Readable contrast, visible focus, keyboard and screen-reader support, and motion that respects people who turn it off.

How a design gets made.

  1. Learn

The business, the customers and the one action that matters most on each page.

  2. Structure

What goes where and in what order, before any styling.

  3. Design on a real phone

Real pages you open on your own phone. You pick the direction.

  4. Build and refine

I code what you approved, then tune it until the page is quick and the next step is obvious.

Questions, answered.

If yours isn't here, call or text and ask me directly.
Can you design blog websites?
Yes. The blog is designed as part of the site, with categories, search and sharing, laid out so articles are easy to read on a phone and set up to rank.
What technology do you use for UI/UX design?
Mostly the browser itself. I design in real code, so the pages you review are the real thing, at real speed, on your own phone. It also means what you approve is exactly what gets built.
Am I able to edit the design?
Yes. Colors, type and components are set up as one system in the code, so changing text, a photo or a color is straightforward and carries across the whole site. Or send it to me and I'll make the change.
Do your designs include SEO considerations?
Yes. Headings, page structure, load speed and mobile layout are SEO decisions as much as design ones. Because I also do the SEO, they get made together instead of fighting each other.
Can you redesign my existing website?
Yes. I usually start with an audit, so the redesign fixes what's actually costing you calls instead of just changing the look.
Can I get a free quote?
Yes. Send me your site or describe what you need, and I'll quote it.
Do you accept payment in installments?
For larger projects, yes. How the payments are split is agreed in the quote.
Do you offer support after purchase?
Yes. After launch I'm still the person you call for changes, fixes and new pages.
What sets your UI/UX design apart?
Two things. I design for the action, not the screenshot: every layout decision points a visitor toward calling, booking or buying. And the same person designs it, codes it and does the SEO, so nothing gets lost between a designer, a developer and a marketer.
Do you offer revisions after a design is made?
Yes. Design changes are expected, before and after launch. What's included is agreed up front, and a full redesign gets its own quote.

Let's make the next step obvious.

Send me your site, or tell me what you're starting from. I'll show you where visitors get lost and what I'd change first.

Whichever you'd rather be reached at.
