These terms cover your use of bossdevs.com. BossDevs is run by Josh Boss in Redding, California, and operated by StablePath Management LLC, 5830 E 2nd St, Ste 7000, Casper, WY 82609 (“I,” “me,” “BossDevs”). By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Every project starts with a written proposal or agreement that sets out the scope, price, schedule and payment terms. That agreement is what governs our work. If anything on this page conflicts with it, the agreement wins.
Nothing on this website is an offer or a contract on its own. Descriptions of services, examples and results are there to explain what I do.
The results on this site are real and specific to those businesses, their markets and their timing. They aren't a promise of the same result for yours. Search rankings are decided by Google and other search engines, which I don't control, so I don't guarantee any particular ranking, traffic level or number of calls. What I do commit to is the work described in our agreement, done properly.
The text, design, code and graphics on this site belong to BossDevs unless noted otherwise. You're welcome to read, share links to and quote short parts of it with credit. Please don't copy the site or its content wholesale or present it as your own.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. If a dispute can't be settled by talking it through, it will be handled in the courts of Shasta County, California.
