How deposits, monthly services and refunds work. The short version: it's all written into your agreement before any work starts, and if something isn't right, you talk to me directly.
It's in your agreement
Every project has a written proposal or agreement that sets out the price, what any deposit covers, the payment schedule, and what happens if the project stops partway through. Those terms are agreed before work begins, and they're what apply to your project.
Monthly services
Ongoing services such as SEO and site care are billed monthly. How and when you can cancel, and what happens to the current month, are set out in your agreement.
If something isn't right
Tell me. Call or text (530) 201-9947 or email bossdevsinquiries@gmail.com. Most problems get fixed by fixing the work, and that's always where I start. If we can't make it right, we'll work out a fair outcome based on the agreement and the work done.
Old store purchases
BossDevs no longer sells templates or digital products. If you bought something from the old store and have a question about it, contact me directly.
